We’ve all heard it before: exercise more and you’ll feel better. This age-old advice can be frustrating to hear, but there’s no denying it’s true. With research showing that exercising regularly can decrease our chance of developing both mental and physical illnesses, as well as helping to alleviate symptoms if we are currently struggling with our mental health, it seems all the more important to incorporate exercise into our daily routine.
