We all know life can be tough sometimes. It can be hard to know how to cope with difficult emotions. Did anybody teach you healthy coping strategies for when you feel overwhelmed, stressed, sad or angry? Perhaps your parents, teachers or other important adults in your life modelled healthy coping strategies to you when you were a child, or perhaps not. If you didn’t learn these vital skills in childhood, it’s never too late to teach yourself.
